I grew up in the food manufacturing industry and I always had that entrepreneurial spirit, so at the start of 2019, my wife, Sarah, and I started Steuart ContractPackaging. We have learned so much and grown our capabilities over the years but the best is the people we get to work with.

One of my favorite aspects of this industry is getting to work with innovative brands who like to push the boundary and execute new ideas the way we do!

Beyond the equipment and the products, we love leading our team to accomplish our mission of Glorifying God and Establishing a Transformational Workplace. Our vision of expanding and duplicating our culture is the thing that really excites me about the next years of growth!

I am the lead project manager here at Steuart Contract Packaging. With over 10 years of experience providing solutions to the problems my customers face each day, I am passionate about finding unique and creative ways to solve your most pressing challenges and help you grow your brand. My goal is to be accessible and transparent with each customer, so that you have just as much confidence trusting your brand to us as you would if you were here managing the project yourself! (But don't let that keep you from stopping by, I'd love to meet you in person!)

Manager and engineer focused on the business and technical needs of organizations. I have22 years of experience in engineering and project management in industrial and commercial applications including 15 years in a supervisory capacity. I have solid experience in managing resources, regulatory compliance, preparing projects for budget approval, project schedules, contractor communications, field inspection, and the preparation and management of construction documents.Now I lead the Le Roy plant where we have several blending and high speed packaging lines.

Before entering into the Supplement Manufacturing Industry, my working career was mostly made up of time in construction. I was hired in August 2023 to refurbish, restart, and manage the Mabel plant. Now I lead our production team running the powder container and high-speed sachet lines.

I really enjoy using my natural inclination of pursuing continuous improvement to carryout our mission every day.

Lead in Quality in the supplement industry for over 10 years coming from a strong background in Science. I have several years of experience managing NSF certified facilities and R&D for many large supplement brands looking to launch and improve products. Steuart’s culture and capabilities are very strong which attract really strong brands that we love to work with.

I have been with Steuart Contract Packaging for over 4 and a half years working in a variety of roles ranging from the Plant Manager to now the Le Roy Site QualityManager. My background in production combined with my food safety trainings(HACCP, PCQI, and SQF Practitioner) allow me to help find solutions that both ensure the safety and quality of finished goods while also maximizing production throughput for our valued customers. The opportunity to glorify myHeavenly Father through my professional career motivates me to serve my team and our customers with excellence and integrity.

I am a Quality Site Manager at SCP, joining the quality department in July of 2020. I have extensive training in Food, Dietary Supplement, and OTC Drug manufacturing, with certifications includingPCQI, SQF Coordinator, and Advanced HACCP. I am passionate about serving customers and co-workers, and love the culture of transformational change at Steuart. There is always something to improve!
